Machinery & Material Handling
For cranes, loading equipment, large machinery and production equipment requiring a dedicated high-power warning point.
View Machinery Solution →80W and 150W industrial warning platforms with adjustable sound, USB custom audio and standard, wireless remote or RS-485 control options
The ALX-400 Series is designed for fixed high-power audible and visual warning points. Choose the required power platform first, then select the control method that matches the application.
For sample evaluation and low-volume project requirements.
Standard configurations can be arranged for evaluation.
80W, 150W and control configurations can be combined.
Typical lead time for standard and customized orders.
Start with the required 80W or 150W platform, then choose standard power-on, wireless remote or RS-485 control according to the application.
For fixed high-power warning points requiring standard power-on operation or long-range wireless control.
Standard voltage options include DC12V, DC24V, AC110V and AC220V. AC380V is available on selected 80W configurations and should be confirmed before ordering.
For projects requiring the 150W platform with standard, wireless remote or RS-485 control.
Send us the required voltage, installation location, control method and approximate warning area. We can help confirm the suitable ALX-400 configuration.
Ask for Model Recommendation →Use these application paths when the project still needs broader guidance on warning coverage, equipment control or industrial alerting requirements.

View Remote Control Solution →Choose the power platform and control method according to the installation location, warning area, equipment interface and operating conditions.
Review the common series characteristics first, then confirm electrical, control and dimensional information for the selected 80W or 150W platform.
Wattage and sound-pressure level are different specifications. Both platforms provide adjustable sound up to approximately 130 dB, so wattage should not be used as a direct substitute for sound-pressure level.
The approximately 300 m sound-coverage reference and 500 m / 2000 m wireless ranges are based on open-area conditions. Background noise, buildings, machinery and metal structures can reduce effective distance.
The 80W and 150W platforms use similar wall-mounted layouts but are not dimensionally identical. Use the drawing for the selected platform before preparing mounting holes, brackets or surrounding equipment.
Confirm the selected power platform before preparing mounting holes, brackets or surrounding equipment. Follow the model-specific installation instructions when positioning the horn and enclosure.
Review platform drawings or request model-specific wiring, communication and technical information before installation or system integration.
External switching-signal control and additional system-integration requirements can be reviewed for compatible 150W configurations.
Compare the required power platform, available installation space and control method rather than wattage alone. Both platforms provide adjustable sound up to approximately 130 dB, while dimensions and available control configurations differ.
Choose a standard model for conventional power-on operation, an RC model for wireless ON / OFF control, or ALX-400-150-485 when RS-485 communication is required. External switching-signal or other integration requirements can be reviewed separately for compatible 150W configurations.
No. The approximately 300 m sound-coverage reference and 500 m / 2000 m wireless ranges refer to open-area conditions. Background noise, walls, buildings, machinery and metal structures can reduce effective distance.
Yes. Select the model when known and request the required drawing, wiring, technical or communication information through the Engineering Resources section.
Share the required model, power supply, application and control method. Our team will confirm the suitable ALX-400 configuration and provide a quotation.
